One of the more interesting shoots I’ve done was a catalog project for a clothing client in Bahria Town, Rawalpindi. They needed fresh product photos for their new collection — some shots with a model, some without, depending on what they wanted to show in the catalog.
Setting up on location
Since this was a catalog shoot, the brief was simple but specific: clean white background, consistent lighting, nothing that would distract from the clothing itself. I brought in a white backdrop along with two Godox lights and softboxes to get that even, shadow-free look catalog photography needs.
Shooting tethered, so the client could see results live
Instead of shooting blind and showing the client a folder of photos afterward, I tethered the camera to a laptop and ran the shoot live — so the client could see exactly how each shot was turning out in real time, RAW files and all, before any editing. This saves a lot of back-and-forth later, since the client can flag anything they want changed on the spot rather than after the fact.
The final result
After the shoot, the RAW files went through a light post-processing pass to get them catalog-ready. Click here to view some of the photos of that photo session.

If you run a clothing brand or e-commerce store and need consistent, professional product photography — with or without a model — this is exactly the kind of shoot I do regularly. Get in touch through the contact page if you’d like to talk about a shoot for your own catalog.
